Kate’s Love Affair with Roadside Attractions
09/24/2019

Traveling for us has opened many doors to new experiences that led us to cultivate new hobbies. One of Kate’s new hobbies enhanced her love affair with roadside attractions.
We started our RV fulltime journey in 2018 with no plan, we even wrote about it here, but after crossing the state lines from Oregon to California, Kate suggested that we stop at a roadside attraction, and check it out.

See, what I didn’t know was that Kate had made our trip more fun with her affinity for roadside attractions.
We have been to more small towns with random attractions than I can count and every single one of them was a fun experience and allowed us to take more pictures of random attractions that led to a blog.

By chasing roadside attractions, we found new experiences along the road and were able to share some of our stories with the locals.
Many of our stops included some form of attraction, a museum, a gift shop and things like that.
The large pistachio in Alamogordo, New Mexico led us to try pistachio wine for the first time.
Now since you know about Kate’s love affair with roadside attractions.
